When I came in I was having terrible leg cramps and back pain. I was rolling out of bed at night in such pain! Steph got my case and in just a short time I was feeling so much better. My low back pain became less & less - I was able to do dishes standing up again and I wasn't having leg pains every night. In just a few weeks I was doing at home exercises and we'd add another exercise each time I was in the clinic for treatment. In 3 or 4 more visits I was pain free! It is now a must for me to do my home exercises before bed to have a good night sleep - and morning work outs to be able to get going in the morning.
